About Juniper Property

Juniper Property Group is a privately owned residential property business, based in Guildford, Surrey. We've been operating in London & the South East since 2007 and specialise in all aspects of residential property development, rental, lettings and management.


In our property devlopment business, we buy properties which are in need of refurbishment or which have development potential. They are refurbished to a high standard and sold on to owner/occupiers or investors. We also buy properties from property owners who need to sell quickly for cash. Our rental business has an extensive portfolio of properties available to rent to families, couples, young professionals and holidaymakers, we have an excellent choice of properties to meet your rental needs. Our portfolio is located in prime locations in London and the South East - Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire & Cambridgeshire.

Some of our clients are landlords themselves. We use the knowledge and experience we have gained from managing our own portfolio to let & manage your property. Our investor service is for investors who wish to buy residential property for investment purposes. We use our experience of the property market to source the right property for you to buy and then manage the investment on your behalf.

We also have excellent contacts with other providers of property services, such as mortgages, insurance, maintenance, removals and legal services. We can introduce you to our range of contacts as part of our service. We don't make any charge for this service and it's all part of our goal to provide a comprehensive residential property service to our customers. So whatever your property requirements are, we have the knowledge and experience to help.

Although we’ve been involved in the property industry for a long time, we’re still as passionate about property now as when we first started. Because the way the profession, and most certainly the way people look for property, has changed, we choose not to spend money on a chain of glossy High Street offices, which enables us to give you this excellent and personal service. We have just one office, which makes us just as accessible to both landlords and tenants as any other agent, but still enables us to easily cover all the major towns in Surrey. 80% of people now begin their search for property online so we use property portals, such as Rightmove and Zoopla, along with social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter as well as email and SMS as the preferred methods of communication for a vast majority of your prospective tenants. This is where we choose to put our money and resource, to promote your property.

We rent property to families, couples, young professionals, students and retired people from studios to purpose built apartments through to large family homes.
