Giving you peace of mind

We pride ourselves on our professional service and swift response times. Normally we rent a property in 14 days if it is marketed correctly and priced competitively. We understand that keeping tenants happy is important to you and we aim to give you peace of mind that your valuable asset is being properly looked after.

Organising the detail

Efficient marketing of your property will ensure quality tenants are found at a market rent within suitable timeframes. We can take care of the logistics of property management for you. Preparing inventories, organising EPC's and Gas Safe Certificates, referencing tenants and placing security deposits with the Deposit Protection Service are all part of the service.

Preparing the property for successful letting

We can advise you on preparing your property for letting, property cleanliness, suitable furnishings, preparing tenant information packs and checking all the appliances are in good working order. Its important that you set these things up right from the start so that the tenancy starts on the right footing.

Setting up the right tenancy agreement

You will need a comprehensive Tenancy Agreement setting out the rights and obligations of both the landlord and tenant. Different types of tenancy can be created for you, such as Assured Shorthold Tenancies, Common Law Tenancies and Company Lets.

Avoiding the voids

Some of our landlords take a long term view on their property investment and avoiding the voids is of paramount importance to them. Empty properties are expensive properties! Our aim is to keep your property fully let for as long as possible. Our experience has shown that this can be best achieved by advertising the property as early as possible after the existing tenants have given notice and actively contacting our growing list of tenants.
